Asia's largest ICT show is back and opens tomorrow in Taipei with over 1,600 exhibitors from 30 countries. Computex Taipei is the place to be for all the latest eye-catching tech innovations, especially in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, and video gaming, and is expected to draw a packed crowd on opening day.

No need for a phone, just press your finger to your ear and make a call. This smart ring combines AI and bone conduction technology into a wearable that delivers crisp sound to your ear – literally at the touch of a finger.

It can convert sound to a type of vibration. The vibrations are sent by the actuator through the bones in your finger to your fingertip. So simply put the ring on, press your ear with a finger, and you can hear the sound.

It turns out that this little ring has a built-in vibration system and control button. Pair it to your smartphone via Bluetooth, and you can use it to make and answer phone calls. And as always, this year’s Computex will give gamers and laptop lovers plenty to get excited about.

How well a product cools itself down, and avoids overheating, is a really important topic for eSports players. What this model mainly provides is more optimized cooling.

This product uses 5mm-thick tempered glass on four sides, a latticed air vent design, and up to 10 fans inside the frame, to minimize the chances of overheating during gameplay.

Computex Taipei opens tomorrow and will welcome 1,600 exhibitors from 30 countries. And apart from the perennial stars of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, this year there are new highlights on the program.

Over the years, Computex has been in sync with the industry. For the first time, we add two new elements, that is, blockchain and 5G.

With a diversified format, new gadgets, and old favorites, this year’s Computex has something for everyone.
